Managing for Trust

Today we talk about an important article in the most recent edition of The Harvard Business Review.  The article, entitled The Neuroscience of Trust: Management Behaviors That Foster Employee Engagement,  states that, “Building a culture of trust is what makes a meaningful difference.  Employees in high-trust organizations are more productive, have more energy at work, collaborate better with their colleagues, and stay with their employers longer than people working at low-trust companies.”

    Just out of curiosity, are there any women in the corporate end of the parent company ?

      Michelle, great question. Yes, there are women who have ownership in both Breakout and Vinaigrette. There are also women on our executive team.
